Christmas Direct is currently looking to recruit a new administrator for their busy office based two miles from Amulree. The office is currently in Dunkeld, but will be relocating in the middle of August. Responsibilities will include speaking to customers on the telephone, dealing with email enquiries and orders as well as general office management. You will be joining a small team of seven and will be expected to have excellent typing skills and an exceptional grasp of written and spoken English. A good working knowledge of Excel would be an advantage.
You will help our web team to populate both our own websites and our product listings with E bay and Amazon.
In many cases, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and so must be able to be helpful and efficient whether it is on the telephone, over Live Chat or on email.
The office is located rurally, so a driver with own transport is essential. Although, you will be working in a team, it is vital that you are a self starter who is genuinely able to 'get on with it' - as a small business, things change the whole time, so flexibility is key.
