Customer Service Adviser
Description
Join our small, friendly team of specialists who answer inbound calls to assist customers with the placement of orders and various customer service requests. We are an artisan knitwear company in the Goring and Streatley area.
Duties include answering calls, assisting with fashion inquiries, tracking delivery, and processing catalogue requests.
Requirements: Excellent telephone manner, keyboarding skills, conscientious approach, numeracy and a positive demeanour. Hours available approximately two days per week, likely Wednesday and Thursday, subject to agreement.
