Flexiski have been selling tailor-made ski holidays for over 30 years.

We’re trusted adventures who are as fanatical for the mountain as our customers are. We think off piste using our team’s experience to orchestrate exceptional, bespoke ski trips. We do this whilst being honest and open, sharing some of our favourite moments on the mountains in order to build trust and a lifetime of recommendations from our clients.
THE ROLE
The Digital Marketing Executive will cover for the current Digital Marketing Executive who will be taking maternity leave from August 2016. This role is responsible for the day to day management of all the flexiski digital marketing channels, supporting the Brand & Digital Manager in delivering effective digital acquisition and retention campaigns in line with the overall marketing strategy.
This is an exciting time to join the flexiski team, with a recent brand refresh and new website due to go live in the autumn. As part of a team of two, you’ll be involved in the implementation and realisation of our new brand in order to deliver an even more exceptional experience for our customers.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Utilise the Cheetahmail ESP to manage our email campaigns including creation, segmentation, sending and reporting in conjunction with the Brand & Digital Manager
• Inspire our current and potential customers through day to day management of all social channels (including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Google+) in order to drive growth of communities and subsequently increase brand awareness in line with the social media strategy
• Be the gate-keeper of the flexiski website, responsible for creating and maintaining web pages and blogs, ensuring content and links are accurate, up-to-date and optimised for SEO in conjunction with our SEO team
• Manage the relationship with the web development agency, ensuring bug-fixing and development tasks are delivered on time and as per brief
• Utilise analytics tools to run weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting and analysis of marketing activities, identifying trends and insights that can be applied in future campaigns
• Maintain the digital image libraries
• Be a flexiski brand champion, ensuring all digital content adheres to brand guidelines
• Stay atop of industry best practice; investigating and implementing new online marketing opportunities where appropriate in line with the overall marketing strategy
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Essentials
• At least one years’ experience in a digital marketing role
• Experience of email marketing
• Experience managing websites, using CMS and CRM systems
• Experience of managing social communities
• Basic understanding of HTML
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Highly organised, creative and happy to work autonomously
• A passion for winter sports or eagerness to learn more
Good to have
• A degree in Business or Marketing
• Experience in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• A good understanding of Google Adwords and key SEO principals
• Experience of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
