An opportunity has arisen for a confident and capable Customer Support Administrator in a thriving online business. The candidate will manage our online selling platforms and online market places. This is a good position to join a fast growing company.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of our online resources and manage our retail platforms including Ebay and Amazon. We are looking for and individual who is is familiar and experienced with Ebay and Amazon. The job will involve listing, customer services and all other admin duties involved with running online sales accounts. Photo editing skills would be a bonus.
We are looking for a person with good communication skills and knowledge of excel. The candidate should also be familiar with adobe photo shop and have experience.
There will be a good rate of pay with potential of increase related to performance, ability and skills
Duties and responsibilities:
Liaise with customers
Creating and review of product listings
Responsible for the timely entry and upload of products
Editing and uploading of pictures on marketplace channels
Processing Online order and Returns
CANDIDATE
The attributes of the type of person suitable for the role would be:
Background in E-Commerce especially eBay and Amazon
Proficient in Excel
Exceptionally good attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Excellent follow-up skills

WORKING HOURS:
Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm
