Earnings
20 jobs per month = £1400 (approx £17000 p.a.)
40 jobs per month = £2800 (approx £30000 p.a.)
You accept as much work as you want, and therefore earn as much as you want.
You are in control.
Once trained and with a little experience, 4-5 jobs per day can be done during busy times.
It will not be our responsibility to manage your annual tax and NI returns, so these will be yours to deal with (help available on government websites).
The Lifestyle
This job is a hidden gem.
You work in a professional environment, but you’re not tied to a desk all day.
In fact, half your time will be spent travelling to and inspecting properties (which gets you out and about), and the other half of the time will be spent at home compiling reports and enjoying some free time.
Most of the time you will be working alone, but you will still need to regularly visit agents, meet tenants and landlords, and be in clear communication with your team leader. It’s a good balance.
You get to choose your workload to suit your real life - the one you’re trying to enjoy!
There are some rules though, and although they aren’t many, they need to be adhered to strictly.
Be prepared to have initial work criticized until standards are met.
The Hook
The rental market is booming. People are renting instead of buying, and those that can invest do so in the property market - usually properties that are going to be let themselves.
And because inventories are now legally required to protect tenancy deposits, we know we’re here to stay.
Tired of the same depressing walls around you every day?
Wish you could work from home with no one breathing down your neck?
Wish your work could be flexible to suit your life?
Maybe even wish that you could finally finish that mural on the living room wall of Spongebob, in finger paint?
Please send CV & short cover letter to the listed email address
