The caravan is sited on a premier pitch which is fenced off so very safe for both children and pets. There is a driveway to the side which easily fits a large car. UPVC decking to the front which can accommodate a patio set/sofas etc. To the side of the decking is a stoned patio area where there is plenty of room for another patio table & chairs and/or BBQ area. To the rear of the caravan is a large metal shed which can store garden equipment, lawn mower and much more. Lots of additional storage space at the rear and underneath the caravan.
We are a non smoking family. We have never rented this caravan out so it has been very well looked after at all times.
Living Area - curtains and blinds to all windows, wrap around sofas with fold out double bed for occasional use, coffee table, TV/DVD unit and shelving for storage.
Kitchen/Dining - gas oven and hob, fridge freezer included, free standing dining table with 4 chairs included, blind to kitchen window and blinds/curtains to dining area window. There is a lot of storage space in the kitchen - I easily store a vacuum cleaner and iron/ironing board in the large cupboard.
Cloakroom - consisting of toilet, sink and cloakroom pegs for additional storage. Blind to window.
Bathroom - consisting of toilet, sink with storage unit beneath, double shower.
Bedroom 1 - double bed, bedside tables with overhead night/reading lamp, shelving above bed, 2 wardrobes, set of drawers, dressing table and stool. Blind and curtains to the window. Shaving point and television sockets.
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds, 1 bedside table and overhead night/reading lamp, shelving to wall, 1 wardrobe and drawers with television socket. Blind and curtains to window.

Sited at Holiday Resort Unity in Brean Sands, Somerset. This caravan is just a short walk from a 5 mile stretch of sandy beach that runs from the seaside town of Burnham-on-Sea to National Trust owned Brean Down. The caravan itself is located at the back of the holiday park in a perfectly quiet location close to the dog walk and fishing lake.
Just 10 minutes drive from the M5. Coast Road, Brean Sands, Somerset, TA8 2RB
There are so many things to see and do locally: Weston-Super Mare's famous Grand Pier and annual sand sculpture festival, the natural wonder of Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole, Tyntesfield House, Dunster Castle, plenty of lovely walks across the Mendip or Quantock Hills, Clarks Village Shopping Outlet, Glastonbury, the Roman Baths in Bath to name but a few.

As a caravan owner, you'll benefit from exclusive offers, events, and the added luxury of being able to make the most of your caravan pitch with a fenced off garden, decking, patio area and plants (all of which is included in the price of this sale). You have the choice of either using the home exclusively for yourself (as we have done) or like many others you may wish to offset some of your costs by renting to holiday makers. Holiday Resort Unity is a very popular site and is always booked up! There is earning potential there if you want it.
As an owner you will receive 12 owners privilege cards that you allocate to your family and friends so that they can enjoy the facilities with you. Your card gives you free swimming at Brean Splash, half price entry to Brean Play, half price green fees at Brean Golf Club, entry into the onsite entertainment venue RJ's, discounted rides at Fun City and access to the fishing lake and outdoor play park. As an owner you also get 4 car passes for the barrier control entrance and exit. There is also a loyalty scheme for owners where for every £10 you put on your card you are given an extra £1 back. This credit can then be used in bars and restaurants accross the resort. Special owners events also take place throughout the season which include BBQ's, pool parties, curry nights, end of season parties, etc. There is also an owners only lounge for exclusive use.
The site is open from the 2nd week in February to mid November each year. Holiday Resort Unity do re-open for a post Christmas/New Year break as well if you want to take advantage of this. Site fees are due annually and approximate prices for insurance/rates/services etc can be found on Holiday Resort Unity's website. A link to this information can be supplied on email to anyone wishing to find out more. Anyone taking ownership this year will pay pro rata to the end of the season (November 2016) and the sales office on site will arrange this with the buyer directly.
