Ziva Supplies are seeking a Sales Order Processor & Administrator to join our small team – there’s twelve of us. Part of our business sells disposable catering supplies and postal packaging products online.
I’ve added some images of the types of products we sell everyday online – currently we pack and dispatch around 750 orders per week through eBay alone and we’re looking for a bright, down to earth person to help us look after our eBay customers.
We are Looking For
A proactive person (we don’t do micromanagement) focused in providing excellent customer service on a can do basis.
Down to earth and professional conversational type communicator.
A good team player (we don’t do office politics) and quick learner.
Positive attitude about work. Our offices are laid back, but busy, so we're looking for someone who is friendly and enjoys a fast paced working environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be part of a team that handles all aspects of a sale, creating product listings, to helping with customer enquiries to processing orders. These are the general duties you will be asked to do on a daily basis:
Customer service including answering customer emails and eBay messages.
Processing orders using our system to generate invoices and shipping labels.
Updating information on eBay.
Creating and maintaining product listings for our eBay shop.
The Skills You’ll Need
Excellent at data entry
Excellent at customer service (email only)
Excellent keyboard skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience is preferred, but not essential for the right person. You’ll receive full on the job training.
What You’ll Get in Return
Hours are part time, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 1.30pm at a starting wage of £7.20 rising to £7.70 after a probationary period. We have free parking and a government pension scheme.
