Accounts Clerk - Oil Refinery Company
Description
Ex staff applicants and who wish to re-join Aden Refinery Office will be considered.
• Daily hours 9:00am till 16:30pm Monday to Thursday of every week.
Friday’s working hours are 9:00am to 14:00pm.
• Lunch Hour: 12:30pm to 13:30pm, excluding Friday being short day for all.
• Salary will be £2,000.00 per month.
• You will be assisting the accountant in duties/work such as forms, fill in registers. Cash book, handling of all incoming / out going post and faxes and emails (Outlook), Data entry into the computer, creating d-base tables, office reports/forms, spreadsheets, typing standard letterheads/reports. Check/amend/print or relay information to Head Office, in this respect or in other fields you may be required to type/write steps/guide on how to select the relevant menu/sub menu up to the required results. Admin duties such as filing, photocopying, and any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by account.
• Qualifications required, M-Soft Office Suite, or / and certificate in computer science.
• The Yemen embassy does not operate PAYE system, thus you are responsible for all taxes and NI contributions etc.
• Three weeks annual leave is granted for every full year of employment.
• Some Yemeni national/festive days are granted and will be notified in time, these are additional to the UK bank holidays.
• Your probation period is 3 months. Your notice period is 1 week during your probation and 3 weeks after the probationary period, where either parties (you or the company) can give notice to terminate the services as detailed above.
• One Year Contract.
