Assistant to property company executive - based Nationwide and foreign travel
Description
I am a self made property guy but I know I need a number 2 but I need someone very special! I am slowing down at the age of 55. I'm single without commitments and want to spend a lot of the year travelling around the world. I'm looking for someone who either has experience of property management and/or travel. Perhaps someone would can demonstrate an ability to take these on would be good too.
Whilst in UK, so long as you can travel when needed, you could work from home a lot of the time. However, if you need to visit properties, the portfolio is predominately in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. Meetings can be anywhere in the UK and Europe.
I can't state enough there will be a lot of travelling, about 6 months a year so really you would need to think about your commitments at home. I will expect a lot of you - you need to be honest, reliable, passionate, hard working and broad minded!
Your focus will be to make business as smooth as possible and to make the travels as enjoyable as possible - you will be travelling with me in case we need to sort things out so it means you need a big commitment to me and I will offer the same, I am thinking of salary in the round of £30,000 to start - due to the amount of time out of UK it may be possible to pay tax free. This figure is negotiable but as I said, I expect a lot from you. In addition, I need to hugely increase my level of fitness so somebody who feels able to demonstrate their success in obtaining results in this field will be viewed positively.
There will be no formal interviews but chats and spending sometime getting to know the right person so you would need to put the effort and energy into the process.
If you think you might be interested, respond to this with your name and CV if you have one, if not, provide some interesting details about you telling me why I should give you a chance. Again, there are no specific qualifications but it's the person and their potential which interests me. I have used formal recruitment methods before but this has not provided the right person so, why not try?
I look forward to hearing from you!
Neil
