Description
As a Sales Consultant with Fired Earth you will complete our customer's vision of "home" and turn it into a reality. You will represent the brand through the delivery of superb customer service, sales and standards within the showroom. You will have a strong retail sales background with experience of one to one selling along, with a creative flair or interest in interior design. A GCSE or equivalent in Math's at grade C or above is essential.
Working for Fired Earth is more than just a retail role; it's about treating customers as individuals and providing them with a truly consultative approach. Your day will be very varied and you will need good attention to detail, along with the ability to close sales and recall a wide range of product knowledge. The role involves face to face selling with customers, order management, as well as lead generation for new customers.
In our Fired Earth stores it is very likely that customers will require help in choosing a look for their home, whether it be choosing colours for their paint or tiles, or help with choosing an entire kitchen or bathroom. An eye for design can be very useful here.

This position will be working 22.5 hours per week over 3 days. The hourly rate will be £7.30 per hour.
