The Pilates class for Beginners class is suitable for people interested in improving core strength and posture.
It is a non impact class, suitable for adults of any level of fitness. The class is suitable for people who are new to Pilates, or lapsed participants
Why Pilates for Beginners? The Beginners class starts with basic Pilates moves to improve body awareness It will improve your core strength Assists with breathing control Improves posture Corrects muscle imbalances Improves mobility in hips and shoulders
We also work on improving balance & coordination.
