Telesales Executive
Due to a very successful 2015/2016, we have a new position within the Business Development department. We are looking to recruit a talented, confident outgoing person to step into this exciting role.
You will initially be training and learning about the company, receiving in depth product and service training as well as understanding our processes.
Working from our ACT database, you will be responsible for researching and generating new business from existing clients as well as prospecting for new clients in line with current marketing campaigns to sell our full range of services
Dealing with outbound and inbound calls as well as promoting the “GalxC Group” through different forms of communication, e.g. calls, emails and exhibitions etc. There is no cold calling, all leads are warm and everyone on our database has a requirement for our products and services.
Proactively build and maintain relationships with all customers. You will be expected to build your own portfolio of clients and manage key accounts as you become more proficient.
Working collaboratively with the marketing, field sales, Sales Director and Technical Service Manager. You will receive leads from these areas of the business to support with your new business generation and in turn you will support the teams with their sales targets.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience necessary
Preferably experience in ACT but can train
