Cycle 1 - covers the first 30 days and focuses on fat burning and increasing in fitness levels. It is a 100-page plan covering all aspects of what you need to eat and what exercises you need to do.
Cycle 2 - ramps up the training! It incorporates short bursts of intensive cardio followed by short bursts of intense resistance training! For this cycle the macronutrient structure changes, this is all explained and prescribes exactly what carbs, fats and protein you need eat. This is all in an 86-page plan that covers the next 30 days.
Cycle 3 - is a tough one and will challenge you, but the end goal will be more than worth it! Cycle 3 is fully described in a 100-page plan.
