Hello! Have a lovely double bedroom in a perfect house to share with two female professionals. This is an amazing, quiet and comfortable place to live. You will feel at home!
The house - On the ground floor of a bright open plan lounge/kitchen diner, and a utility cupboard with a washer/dryer. And best of all, windows opening to the patio/rear garden where you'll find apple and pear trees and even some grapes. On the first floor there are two double bedroom, the one getting lots of sunshine will be yours, and a good size bathroom to share between two. The room is partly furnished (bed, mattress, chest of drawers, mirror). The house also benefits from double glazing, a recently installed combination boiler and beautiful oak wood floors to the ground floor.
The area - Buses 2, 3, 432, 68, 468, 322 are just within 5min walking distance. Trains from West Norwood (5min walk) take you to Victoria, and London Bridge, while Tulse Hill (10min walk) offers the Southern and Thameslink service. Also just a few minutes away is the West Norwood health and leisure Centre (gym incl. a pool , surgery, etc). We're just off Norwood High Street so a Co-operative, Sainsburys and a Tesco are just down the street.
Overall, we have a beautiful house and we're looking for someone who is looking for home and not just a place to sleep. Were two female professionals who use our home as retreat from hectic work days rather than a party house. We appreciate the simple things in life, e. g. good wine and cheese. Ideally, our new flatmate would be a tidy, non-smoking, responsible, female professional (though males are considered as well).
