Description
I am a 24 yr-old scottish male at Napier Uni, going into 3rd year BSc Games Development. I am looking for a full-time student to share my flat - preferably someone of similar age and interests.
I have a bright double room to let in a great flat in Polwarth.
It is a 15-20 minute walk to Napier and 30 mins or so to Edinburgh Uni, and has great access to public transport.
I like music (and play bass guitar) as well as going to the occasional gig, comedy show or trip to the cinema. I enjoy video/board games and going out with my mates but I'm fairly quiet and not a party animal. I am trying to get fit and go to the gym regularly.
I employ a cleaner for 2 hours/fortnight but would expect you to share in chores and keep the place clean and tidy.
Some detail about the flat :

It is a warm, bright flat and has great views over green space from all windows. Harrison Park to the front and attractive tended gardens to the rear (garden view is from room).
Rent is £400 pcm plus bills (TV licence, gas/electricity, factors fees, phone/broadband, cleaner-2hrs fortnightly) which currently come to about £100 pcm.
As students we would be zero rated for council tax.
I would require two references and a deposit of £500. You would be required to sign a Lodgers Agreement which clearly lays out all terms. The lease would run from 1st September 2016 until 31st July 2017.
